Junk showed me the files and folders.  On the game server, I have changed /cstrike/addons/amxmodx/configs/ maps, mapcycle, mapchoice, allmaps, dmaptags, rules, motd1.txt

On the site hosting, I have changed /cstrike/addons/amxmodx/configs/ as above.
