Cali Cartel - Hostage Rescue

Background:

During a conference of the World Industry
Nations in Bogota, armed rebels of 
the "Free Colombia" Guerilla Force stormed
the conference room and captured 4 participants.
The hostages were taken into a secret coca storage camp 
20 miles out of Cali. A SR-71A spy plane located them.


Counter-Terrorist:

Rescue the hostages or take out the Terrorists
without jeopadizing the hostages.


Terrorist:

Prevent Counter-Terrorists from rescuing the
hostages.
