Find a way inside and rescue the hostages !

Counter-Terrorists: Rescue the hostages at all cost.  Do not 
hesitate to eleminate any opposition.

Terrorists: Prevent Counter-Terrorist force from rescuing the 
hostages. You must absolutely keep them alive.  Their safety 
is trivial to your getting out of this building alive.  
Eliminate Counter-terrorist members at sight.
