 CTs-  Rescue the 4 hostages within the bank. Use one of
           many routes to reach them,  There is a transit 
           depot across from the bank with a window 
           overlooking the bank.

Terrorists- Eliminate all cts while keeping them from 
                    rescuing the hostages.  Try to stay away
                    from all windows, but at the same time 
                    watch them as they are all possible ct entry
                   points.
