Petra2 - Hostage Rescue

Background: Terrorists are holding 4 teachers of 
            Elite High School Petra 2 as their hostages.They keep them 
            on the 2nd floor of the building.
            Meanwhile a group of counter-terrorists have succesfully
            entered the building via library ( on the 3rd floor).

Terrorists: Prevent Counter-Terrorist
            force from rescuing the hostages. 

Counter-Terrorists: Rescue hostages  and bring them to library.
