Background: Terrorists disguised as a cleaning crew have
stormed the penthouse suiteof the Portico Hotel.  Foretunately
the guests of the suite were not there ar the time, but the
terrorists are now holding 4 engineers, who were working 
on a broken wall inside the hotel, as hostages.

Counter-Terrorists: Infiltrate the building and escort the 
hostages to rondevous point.

Terrorists: Prevent the Counter-Terrorists from rescuing 
the hostages.
