In a small wet Admisitration facilty, a really important guy has been taken hostage. 
His name is Billy, and he has to be rescued. And its raining.

Terrorists: Eliminate the counter-terrorists in a matter of seconds.

Counter-Terrorists: Recuse Billy. He didnt deserve all this.

Probably the smallest map ever. Good for 1v1s or training sessions.
