Scud Launch - Hostage Rescue

Background: A terrorist group called Ultima,
led by Lestat and Reaper, have threatened to launch missiles
at the white house.  The scuds cannot simply
be bombed as hostages have been used to form
a human shield around the launch site.

Counter-Terrorists: Rescue the hostages so
that the Air Force can bomb the scuds before
they launch the missiles!

Terrorists: Prevent the Counter-Terrorist
force from rescuing the hostages before the
missiles are launched.

Other Notes: There are 4 hostages in 
the mission.
