Terrorists has taken hostages in the Internetcafé 
"weisse taube" , the home of [KoP] and [BCS].  To 
protect  the inhabitants some wooden fences where 
build.

Counter Terrorists: Get in to the complex and rescue 
surviving hostages. Tolerate no resistance.

Terrorists: Prevent C from rescueing the hostages
