The Situation:
After a foiled robbery, a group of terrorists
escape into the subway system.  The local police
could not evacuate the maintenance workers in the
subway maintenance area.

Counter terrorists:
Get the the maintenance workers to the police
evacuation point.  Optionally, you may eliminate
the terrorists.

Terrorists:
Your only hope after a failed escape attempt is
to capture the last of the civilians for ransom.  Do
not let the counter-terrorists evacuate the civilians!
