Background:
Terrorists are attempting to disable power plant 08.
The power plant is required for the counter-terrorists
to start a base for operations on this abandoned island. 

Counter-Terrorists: Prevent terrorists
from disabling the power plant on this island.

Terrorists: The terrorist carrying the
C4 must disable the power plant.  

There are two ways to disable the power plant:
1) Blow up the power generators
2) Destroy the supply crates (in the mines)

Tip: Don't swim in the water.
