Counter Terrorists:
You have just found a criminal hideout that contains lethal terrorists inside. They want to make sure your dead and their hideout doesnt become the local news. So your job is to protect your transmitter until it is fixed so you can call for backup and infiltrate the area.
Terrorists:
You do not want your hideout to be known by anyone so you got to take out that transmitter so no backup can arrive but if its impossible to get over to it then the best thing for you to do is blow up the boxes full of illeagle weapons in the storage yard so you cant get in any more trouble then you already are.
