Feds - Bomb/Defuse

Background: A Federal building has been
a recent target of terrorism. A truck
laden with explosives drove into the
parking garage. Luckily the bomb did not
go off as planed. A threat still remains.

Counter-Terrorists: Protect the Explosives
in the truck and the federal offices.

Terrorists: Break back into the building
and detonate the explosives or the
offices themselfs.
