Prevent the terrorists from bombing the canal
or the pumping station.

Terrorists: 

The canal is being indiscriminately used as
a dumping ground for pollutants and household
refuse. Make a point to local government by
bombing the blocked section of the canal or
the waste pumping station on the other side
of the bridge.
