A wellknown egg-shaped doctor with a big mustache wants to conquer the world to build his Empire, but his rivals have always foiled his plans. He has heard about the mysterious haunted castle in transylvania which is inhabited by Boo ghosts. These ghosts don't kill...they just scare people for fun, and on the eve of halloween, the doc wants to teach his rivals a lesson by freeing the Boos who are trapped in the castle, and ask them to go scare the crap out of his rivals. He asked group of terrorists to blow a hole in the castle's walls so that the Boos can leave.
