Terrorists are now going to blow up radar or the base power. 

Counter-Terrorists: Prevent Terrorists from bombing radar or power.
Team members must defuse any bombs that threaten targeted areas.

Terrorists: The Terrorist carrying the C4 must bomb one of the targets.
