DE_LIDCOMBE - Bomb / Defuse

Background:
Armed terrorist gangs operating in Lidcombe have
discovered a police operation designed to
capture them. They have decided to flee their base
but local police units have established road blocks 
preventing terrorists from leaving the area.

Terrorists:
Bomb one of the two roadblocks blocking the road
leading out of Lidcombe allowing you to reach freedom.

Counter-Terrorists:
Prevent terrorists from bombing either roadblock thus 
preventing them from escaping capture.
