Misto - Bomb/Defuse

A group of terrorists has an objective to destroy the power supply of the
anti-terrorist analytic center. The interruption will lead to the critical
data loss in the center's main computer.

Counter-Terrorists: Do not allow Terrorists to bomb the power supply
installations. Defuse any bombs that threaten the targets.

Terrorists: The Terrorist carrying the C4 must target the electric power
substation or the local power dispenser in the building.

Other Notes: There are 2 bomb sites in the mission. Use drainpipes as ladders.
