Misto - Bomb-Defuse

Background: A group of terrorists has an objective to disrupt
the functioning of anti-terrorist analytic center.

Counter-Terrorists: Do not allow Terrorists to bomb the center's
infrastructure. Defuse any bombs that threaten the targets.

Terrorists: The Terrorist carrying the C4 must target the electric power
substation or set the explosion at specified area in the building.

Other Notes: There are 2 bomb sites in the mission.
