A government-funded, counter-terrorist agency 
is disguised as a ordinary office. Its codename
is Omnitec, and it has useful information concerning 
the location and future intent about Phoenix Faction.

Counter-Terrorists: Prevent Terrorists
from bombing the office. Team members must defuse
any bombs that threaten targeted areas.

Terrorists: The Terrorist carrying the
C4 must destroy the office and prevent
the information from coming out.
