Background: 
Tyuratam, Soviet Union, The Cold War
  Elite leaders of a post McCarthy
anti-communist group, have hired
terrorists to knock out communication
readiness at the local MIR recon base.

Terrorists: Eliminate Soviet
communications by either taking out
the satellite, or the master
communications server using C4.

Counter-Terrorists: Prevent Terrorists
from the detail so expressed by the
anti-communist group leaders.

Other Notes: There are 2 targets 
in this mission.
