Stillstand - Defusion

Terrorists have captured a castle in Germany with plans 
to destroy it.  Counter-Terrorist forces have been dispatched 
to retake the castle, but have so far been unable to.  
Both Terrorist and Counter-Terrorist forces are to now 
settle the stalemate. 

Counter-Terrorists: Defend the well. 
Take out the Terrorists without jeopardizing 
your water supply.

Terrorists: Destroy the remaining water supply.  
Prevent Counter-Terrorist force from defusing the bomb. 
Use whatever force needed.
