Location: Government Mountain Installation

The distraction was a success, and final preparations
for the main assault of the installation are almost 
complete.  Terrorists must now disrupt either fuel 
or water supplies to the installation.  
Soviet security forces are en-route via helicopter.

Terrorists:
Detonate C4 either in a weak spot in the fuel 
pipeline, or in the construction area above the water
pipeline.

Counter-Terrorists:
Eliminate the attackers before they can detonate 
the explosives.
