Location: Government Mountain Installation

The distraction was a success, and final preparations
for the main assault of the installation are almost 
complete.  Terrorists must now disrupt fuel and 
electrical supplies to the installation.  
Soviet security forces are en-route via helicopter.

Terrorists:
Detonate C4 in one of two weak spots in the 
pipeline.

Counter-Terrorists:
Eliminate the attackers before they can detonate 
the explosives.
