a train carrying a nuclear warhead.  They failed, but the train is
now immobilized and the cargo is vulnerable. Defend the warhead
and bridge.

Terrorists:  Our initial attack failed, but we can still destroy
the warhead or blast one of the bridge supports. Be careful not
to drop the bomb.
