The cure for cancer is almost a reality, and the final
experiments and research is being conducted in a
Russian chemical facility.  A group of rebel militia seize
the facility and make demands for the release of their 
rebel leader Ivan Yvalkivez.  Negotitation is not an option,
but the thought of losing this research is horrifying.  A 
team of elite counter-terrorists has been dispatched to
eliminate the terrorists, and prevent the destruction of the
facility.

Counter-Terrorists:
-Eliminate all terrorists or prevent the destruction of the facility.

Terrorists:
-Destroy the facility by blowing up one of the two bomb targets.
