from bombing the water works facility.
Team members must defuse any
bombs that threaten the facility.

Terrorists: The Terrorist carrying the
C4 must destroy the processing or
bio-filter systems at the water works 
facility.

Other Notes:  Previous Terrorist attempt
at bombing failed.
