Counter-Terrorists: Prevent Terrorists
from bombing the oil silos. Team members must defuse any 
bomb that threaten the oil silos.

Terrorists: The Terrorist carrying the
C4 must destroy the oil silos. 

Other Notes: There are 2 siloes, they will blow up the same time
in the mission.
