This filthy city is dominated by wealthy 
corrupt officials who are too lazy to clean 
up the industrial mess nearby. Take matters 
into your own hands and show the reigning 
class that you will not tolerate their 
indecisiveness. Level either of two locations 
with C4. 

Counter-terrorists: 
The T's are trying to bomb a nearby storage 
facility, blatantly breaking the law. You must 
protect it at all costs to ensure the city 
does not fall into chaos. You do not negotiate 
with terrorists.
