This is bomb/defuse map. Follow the orange arrows to reach bomb sites.
Bloody hand trails mark cells you can enter. 
There is one cell marked with bloody hand trails that is closed.
Try to avoid the red cells.
If you carry a bomb, try not to get killed near the edge of the cube or to enter red cells.
Bomb can not be retrieved from that areas.
