terrorist groups escelates, a counter-
terrorism team is sent in to prevent 
the destruction of the city.

The two terrorist factions have allied 
together and have holed up in a small 
warehouse in the eastern fringes of the 
city.

The counter-terrorists are here to keep 
the peace, but if nessicary "qwell" the 
uprising.....
