Story - 

After losing the FTP Chopper - the general has found an access to Quam, through the end of the warehouse district. There is a subway in Quam, which can get you to a pick up site.

Objectives -

Get through the rest of the warehouse district, and kill the NYPD. Once they have been killed, you will be transported to Quam, though in the wrong Sub Way station, battle your way across Quam to the other sub way station.
