SA_Blockfort author eX-r8ed! Turkeyburgers original Levelord and TFC remake Steve Martin! Mulch_dm influence by Mulchman! Map story time! I enjoy writing little historys never knowing who will read this. This is my 3rd DM Arena map. The first was a map called sumo with small arenas similiar to those in this map. That map also had a sniper area for those not interested in mulch... you'll find i repeat themes. :) My 2nd DM Arena map was called Thunder and it had lag issues. Just for you mappers out there "r_speeds" refer to render speeds but all you got to know is high polygons lag the Half-Life engine... Let's hope HL2 doesn't. So back to my story... this is map 3 or attempt 3 i should say... I included both big and small arenas separated by teleports to avoid lag issues. I felt blockfort was needed in a mulch map because it can fit and the 2 things any soldier loves is mulch and blockfort. I almost put in the map called "poopshoot" for the snipers but decided to go with the more traditional turkeyburgers simply because it was an easier port. Lastly I decided to include my most popular map to date "volleyball". Why? Because its fun and it carrys well with the Soldier theme. That basically concludes why i built the map, and for more of my maps please fee free to use my contact info above. Updates: Added spawn rooms to separate the teams and new textures in the mulch arena are main changes. I tweaked a few entities in the volleyball court and altered a few textures but that's about it. OH! Also added "CD Track" ques if you were interested in music while playing but that's a bit experimental. If anyone had more input Id be happy to consider it.
