Fixes:

- Changed the gate from a func_door
to a func_train because it is 
possible to block the door and thus
it will open again for 30 seconds.

- r_speeds reduced by 200 in most
places, but there are still some 
places with uneccessary polys.

- New entrance! A lovely cave above
the glass tunnels, this can be very 
handy for those who conc over midmap
for speed.

Capture The Flag for 10 points
Dropped flags return to their 
Base after 60 seconds.

Activate the switch to open up
a faster cave entrance to the 
flagroom, 2 points for activating.

Two respawns:
One in main/switch room
One beside flagroom 
Both are connected by teleports
