New map 'v_beta' Beta Test - Capture The Flag

Objective: Break through the enemy defense 
and make your way to where their Flag resides
on the upper floor. Grab it and bring it back
to your Flag Room. Place it on the raised
square to Capture it. 

Special Notes: 
This is an unnamed beta test.

Scoring: 10 points per Capture.

Other Notes: Flag carriers drop the Flag when
they die. Dropped flags return to their Base
after 60 seconds.
